Support is an essential aspect of Differentia Consulting’s customer care service
We believe that our customers should have access to a dedicated Qlik support service that will be available to handle your support issues and queries and escalate calls on your behalf. Above and beyond that included in their software agreement.
This section of the care programme is in place, with our dedicated Qlik support team.
- Each client can raise support requests.
- Each client has an escalation manager, or service delivery manager assigned.

We help you keep your knowledge and Qlik investment up to date
Upgrades are integral to our support services and given the improvements both in functionality but also in governance it makes sense to do so.
We support Qlik Cloud migrations, and on premise Qlik software upgrades directly or with services supplied by our Qlik Managed Services team.
QlikTech (Qlik) like many software houses only offers product support to the current and previous two major releases. Another reason to keep code-current.
During each contract period there presents a great opportunity to engage in a VIP session with your customer care team (Account Owner, Customer Care Representative and Service Delivery Manager) to look at assessing data maturity, and creating and sharing your strategic Vision, reviewing its Impact and looking at how as Partners we can deliver the vision, together. We encourage you to request these if you have not had one recently, or if the team has changed and you need to refocus.
Note: Upgrades are an excellent opportunity to review the use of Qlik. Especially now Qlik can be deployed as a strategic BI Platform comprising a suite of Smarter.BI applications as well as an analytics tool, it is a good idea to review options when upgrading. We are happy to provide a health check and roadmap review.
