These managed services options are offered on an as-needed basis and are tailored to each client which typically has a different emphasis. Application Support combined with service monitoring and alerting is clearly important for many. Other clients simply require an extension to their in-house offering. Further, we provision cloud platform operations, such as AWS and Azure delivering Windows or Kubernetes platforms, through to the application layer. Application configuration and Support requires people with a high degree of product knowledge, but we also think a good understanding of business is fundamental to providing a first-class service.
