Differentia Consulting’s conversational search gives website visitors and AI agents the same attributed answers, and follows the conversation.
STOKENCHURCH, UK, – October 2026 – Differentia Consulting today announces VISEON Ask its MCP conversational search interface in VISEON for Web. Typical AI site search retrieves loose passages of text and leaves a language model to join the dots. VISEON Ask answers from the organisation’s governed Schema.org knowledge graph, so a question that connects several people, products or pages follows the real relationships.
A visitor can ask “Who is Hamza?”, then “And Katelin?”, then “Do they work together?” VISEON Ask keeps both people in the conversation and answers from the graph: Hamza Ashraf and Katelin DeVencenty both work for Differentia Consulting and VISEON.
“Site search that guesses at text will always struggle once a question connects two things. When the relationships sit in a governed graph, the answer is a lookup, not a guess, and an AI agent gets the same answer a visitor does.” – Adrian Parker, EVP Strategy, AI & Operations, Differentia Consulting
What makes VISEON Ask different
- Graph first. Facts and connections are resolved from the graph, and the language model is not the controller. Answers are attributed to their source.
- Follows the conversation. “They”, “and her?” and “where do they work?” resolve to the right people or products.
- One source for people and agents. The same graph answers visitors in the chat and AI agents through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint. Any MCP-capable agent can discover and query the organisation’s entities. As a result agent replies use about a fifth fewer tokens.
- Fast. Answers are optimised and assembled at the edge in low tens of milliseconds of server time.
As conversational search replaces keyword boxes, an organisation’s public footprint has to be machine-readable and governed. VISEON for Web builds and validates the Schema.org graph behind every page and serves it from the organisation’s own domain.
