Differentia Consulting has consistently seen a rise in the number of clients for whom we deliver Smarter.BI Qlik based solutions and services to each year. Today we are proud to be actively working in each function, sector and vertical, nationally and internationally, whilst frequently receiving recommendations to new clients from our existing network. We recognise that each client’s needs and road-map is different and so to ensure that each and every one continues to get the maximum benefits of their chosen solution, we are evolving our Account Manager led approach to a fully comprehensive, bespoke Customer Care and Success Programme. The team will work alongside the client’s Account Manager to ensure that the relevant contacts are kept abreast of news and upcoming events, the client’s support and maintenance is always live, they are achieving and exceeding their adoption objectives and we are helping them to identify opportunities to roll-out the same success elsewhere within the business. Over the course of the next few months, we will be in contact with all clients to effectively snapshot their current landscape, we will continue to do this annually to measure and present back success.
